A REAL NANTUCKET WEDDING
Jennifer and Erik , July 2009
Jennifer and Erik met through her brother, Mike, in Philadephia, where Jennifer went for a visit in 2003. Mike invited his Wharton classmate, Erik, out to dinner with them and the couple immediately made a connection. They exchanged phone numbers that night and have been together ever since. After their engagement four years later, the couple started planning their Nantucket wedding. Jennifer (a physician) and Erik (an investment banker) had to work the wedding planning around their busy schedules, but every detail was thought through, and the result was a quintessential Nantucket wedding.
At The First Congregational Church, the décor for the ceremony reflected the signature colors of mint and teal that used throughout the floral arrangements, and Jennifer used in a myriad of details to create the modern, beach-chic theme.
